"Virtual" Annual General Meeting (VAGM)

Members in good standing, are invited to register to attend. (“Registered Participants” - Section 2.22), are eligible to vote, and may be nominated or nominate other members to the Board of Directors.
Per Section 7.5.3, Nominations may be sent to Board Nomination Chair, (SHELLEY DOWNEY, [email protected]) Nominations close 48 hours prior to the Virtual AGM. Nominees must submit a completed affirmation (page 22) and brief biography.
In order to become a “Registered Participant” you are required to register not less than seven days in advance, by ONLINE REGISTRATION no later than 10 AM, FEBRUARY 5, 2022. You must provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address. All registrants will receive AGM co-ordinates (call-in / login details) not later than 24 hours prior to the AGM. Login information and further instructions will be sent to Registered Participants on the day prior to the VAGM.

In order to vote or stand for election to the Board of Directors, you must hold a valid Conservative Party of Canada membership twenty-one (21) days prior (ie by January 22, 2022) to the VAGM. If your membership has lapsed you will need to renew it by this date. Memberships that fall within the 90-day renewal grace period can be renewed up until February 5.
