NOTICE: ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the

North Island—Powell River Conservative Association will take place

Saturday, 16 March, 2019 at 2:00 p.m.

Campbell River Community Centre Lounge

401-11th Avenue, Campbell River, B.C.

Registration will begin at 2:00 p.m. (Doors open at 1:45)

Registration will end at the call to order of the Chair or Returning Officer.

Those who wish vote or stand for directorship at the meeting must have been members of the Party for at least 21 days prior to the date of the meeting. Members lapsed for 90 days or less may renew before the meeting and be entitled to vote.

Membership renewals and donations may be made at the meeting.

Members will hear the annual reports of the Association’s activities and financial standing, and elect the directors of the Association to serve until the next AGM.

Our keynote speaker will be Shelley Downey, the North Island—Powell River Conservative Candidate. She will present a briefing on the path forward to winning this riding and a majority government in the election this fall.
