Registrations are now closed. Registrants should check their email for login information which was sent out on December 10, 2020.

As a member in good standing, you are invited to register to attend (“Registered Participant” - Section 2.22), are eligible to vote, and may be nominated or nominate other members to the Board of Directors.  Per Section 7.5.3, Nominations may be sent to GUY DEWOLF ([email protected]) and close 48 hours prior to the Virtual AGM.

In order to become a “Registered Participant” you are required to register not less than seven days in advance, by ONLINE REGISTRATION no later than DECEMBER 5, 2020.  You must provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address.  All registrants will receive AGM co-ordinates (call-in / login details) not later than 24 hours prior.  Questions about or concerns with any of the included reports should be sent to VIVIAN MARTIN, President ([email protected]).
